- Yes. From your account, tap Skip next to any upcoming shipment. No fee, no gauntlet. You can also pause your subscription for up to 90 days.
- What if a cushion doesn't fit?
- You get a free swap to a different size, within 30 days. Email us — we ship the replacement before the return is back.
- When is my first shipment?
- We ship within 1 business day of subscribing. Most North American addresses get your first box in 2–4 days.
- Can I change my plan?
- Up or down, any time. Changes apply to your next shipment.
- What about insurance?
- Most US Medicare plans cover CPAP supplies. We're a cash-pay alternative for people who've capped out of insurance, are between plans, or want a quality upgrade. We provide invoices you can submit for reimbursement.
