These terms govern your use of the Haven CPAP website and subscription service. Plain-English summary first; the legal language is below.
The short version
- You buy CPAP supplies from us. We ship them to you.
- Subscriptions auto-renew on the cadence you choose. Skip, swap, or cancel any time from your account, no fee.
- If a cushion doesn’t fit, we replace it free within 30 days.
- We’re not your medical provider. Talk to your doctor about your therapy.
- You agree not to abuse the site or our staff. We agree to treat you well.
Service
Haven sells consumer CPAP consumables (filters, hoses, water chambers, mask cushions, headgear) for personal use. We do not sell complete CPAP machines or BiPAP devices.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you authorize Haven to charge your chosen payment method on the recurring cadence you select until you cancel. You can skip a cycle, swap an item, or cancel from your account page with no fee.
Returns & fit guarantee
New, unopened products: 30-day return for refund. Cushions: 30-day fit guarantee with free replacement (no return required for hygiene reasons). Sealed filters: not returnable; if a quality issue is suspected, we replace the lot.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping shown at checkout. Subscription prices may change with 30 days’ notice; you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Not medical advice
The information on this site, including Mask Finder recommendations, is informational and does not replace medical advice from your physician or licensed sleep specialist. Talk to your doctor about your therapy and any changes to it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
